Tuesday was Anna Claire's Kindergarten Graduation program. It was standing room only and a very big deal with 80 kids on stage, 5 musical numbers (choreographed), speaking parts, slide show and presentation of diplomas! Shaw Elementary school is serious about instilling pride in their students and I LOVE IT!! Anna was pumped and a great performer. She says she wants to be in shows like her cousin Hannah (who was recently in Beauty in the Beast at Harber). It's hard to believe that Kindergarten is coming to an end, but it was a great year and Anna Claire is excited to be a 1st grader!
Monday was Trey's Mother's Day Out end of the year program. It was a Noah's Ark theme and each class wore different color shirts to resemble a rainbow! Very cute! Trey LOVES going to school at Mount Comfort and he has learned sooo much this year. He can't wait to be in the 4 year-old class next year. We are so thankful for the ladies who care so much for these kids!!

Tonight the kids and I went to the T.E.A.M. Talent Art show at the Fayetteville Town Center. Around Christmas the kids performed a play they put together during T.E.A.M. talent acting. This semester it was art. Their art was displayed at the show, refreshments were served and there was a face painter and balloon animal dude. The kids were so proud of their art and a great time was had by all!!!!!!!!!!!
Kiddos love them some Miss Whitney!!!

After we left the art show, we hung around the square looking at the pretty flowers and taking some advantage of some photo opportunities!
This is the huge elephant that is making his way around the globe.
Aren't the flowers pretty?? My precious Anna Claire.
That's right. We finished (and I assume passed) our homestudy yesterday. One more thing we can mark off the list. It was a long, but pretty much painless ordeal. I didn't realize that I was stressed about it until it was over and I felt instantly relieved. One step closer to being on the wait list for our little guy. Trying to stay patient!!!! On a different note, a few weeks ago we found out that Jenn and Shawn(my sister-in-law and brother-in-law)are expecting their third child (so exciting)! Well tonight I went to see Grease at the Walton Arts Center with Carrie (Michael's sister). Well she dropped the big news on me that she and Gary are also expecting. Her and Jenn's due dates are only 4 weeks apart!!! This 2nd round of Marvin grandchildren may be even closer together than the first round. Congrats everybody!! We are soooo excited! And thanks to Carrie for the tickets!!
I thought I'd just do one big post on what we've been up to so far this Spring. We have made a few trips to Little Rock (one for Spring Break and one for continuing education trips for Michael and me). Both times we stayed at Brad and Jessie's house and got to hang with Mary Ella. On the Spring Break trip Aunt Jessie organized some fun outings for the kid-os. We went to the pottery place and painted and went to the zoo. Audrey, Leah, Aunt Jenn and Aunt Les also met us at the zoo! Here are some pics.
We've also been playing soccer this Spring. Michael coached Anna's under 6 girls team "The Rapids" and Trey is playing in the first touch program.
We had a great Easter at mom and dad's this year. On the Saturday before, we went to the Botanical Gardens in Fayetteville where Aunt Lisa took pictures of all the cousins.
